The place I saw it first was those Chicago scumbags at http://www.realcleapolitics.com in their blogger section, and then Kudlow said it was Rasmussen at the corner, and then Tina said it was a flash at Polipundit.
Kudos has to go to RCP for not jumping on that hysteria inducing 50 seat number. It was rejected at face value, as it should ahve been.
No such praise for Kudlow.
