I watched a bit of it and was very unimpressed by Soros, who seems like an empty suit. OK, so he figured out how to make lots of money attacking over-valued currencies, that does not make him any geo-strategic sage or even someone worth listening to on anything outside of his specialty.
fwiw, I was very disappointed that Neil let Soros slither away from the Hastert comment merely by sliming Hastert. Soros says HE did not know about the matter, but Hastert never suggested that was the case -- what Hastert said was that 'Rat operatives FUNDED by Soros have manipulated this thing. Soros did not even pretend to address that and Neil just let him off the hook. I am disgusted.
Neil Cavuto interned in the Carter White House. It always helps to remember that.
"Soros did not even pretend to address that and Neil just let him off the hook. I am disgusted."
Neil's lack of follow-up on that issue was disappointing, but he did present material that put Soros on defense. The discussion about taxes and quotes from Bill O'Reilly's book brought animated responses.
