Neil questions him about the Foley mess and if his groups were responsible.Soros answers he first heard of this on the TV. (ppppfffttt)

Soros says there is something wrong with our electorate- we only wnat to hear good things. He says the WOT is wrong..the phrase itself is counterproductive..

Neil reminds him he (Soros) has said the WOT has done more HARM than good...
Soros responds with how many innocent people WE have killed..
