I guess he's proud of his "accomplishment." All he did for me was to harden my view that any time there's a "gay" in the workforce, you have a problem. I would hire one I knew was gay and will fire anyone who is gay. The array of problems that seem to come, the many conflicts and the usual claims of harrassment is all a distraction from what your mission is supposed to be--maximizing financials. Nothing good comes from hiring anyone who wears their sexuality on their sleeves. Most are driven by their sexuality and won't keep it to themselves so to hell with them.
