So, by your logic, if you are a policeman who believes that charging interest is immoral, then you don't have an obligation to stop a bank robbery.

If you are a Catholic and do not wish to guard an abortion clinic... that is fine. This is your moral choice. I don't have a problem with you making that choice. However, there are consequences and if the guard duty is the requirement of employment, then the hiring authority can ALSO MAKE A CHOICE... to not hire your or to terminate your employment.

People should always be allowed to make choices. My point is that if you tolerate a "moral objection" in your hiring or retention policy, such "moral objection clause" should be available to all - not just a privileged religion.
