Actually, the guy wasn't a page at the time the relationship started. The guy was part of the 2001-2002 "class". The conversations were in 2003.
So it the guy was over 18, not an employee, didn't have sex but just came on by Foley in some IM (and apparently hit on in some IM that were not "blocked"(you can block someones from sending you and IM if the start to bother you...I.E. the guy didn't say no to Foley)
Other then a sick creeper dirty old man, Foley committed no crime
Foley wasn't sued and didn't lie about it under oath...
If the guy over 18...Foley just a Gay Bill Clinton with out any of the criminal part, sexual harassment and lie under oath part>
That assuming this started wen the guy was over 18... under 18 is attempted statutory rape... the guy was under the age of consent
