Thank you for updating the title. I did not know what could be posted by the Rochester D&C (a Gannett paper), so I erred on the side of extreme caution and paraphrased the title to the story.

That's a Gannette Snoozepaper to you. Their no-excerpt policy is ridiculous, in violation of the fair use provisions of copyright law, and doesn't make much sense, since websites like this can drive traffic to their newspaper. Instead, we mostly ignore Gannette Snoozepaper stories.

I won't click on their links unless their stories are compelling. This one, you can get elsewhere.
