ABC's Brian Ross has caused a political furor with his reporting of 3-year-old instant messages from Congressman Foley. I spoke again with his assistant Anna Schecter and challenged him to break a more recent story --- the fourth fraudulent FEC report filed by Hillary Clinton in January, 2006.

Here is a photo capture of a portion of Hillary Clinton's 4th FEC report from January 2006. Unlike the IM story you broke about Foley from 2003, this is more recent.
It is her fourth fraudulent report. Stan Lee has testified that he gave no money. I have his testimony on video. Nevertheless, they listed him as a 225K donor. In December 2005, the FEC made a secret deal with Hillary and treasurer Andrew Grossman. In a conciliation agreement, Grossman admitted to underreporting by $721,000. The campaign was fined only $35,000 and ordered to file a new report. They still have refused to name Peter Paul as the donor as he has demanded. They use his holding company, Paraversal. That is because Howard Wolfson vowed to the WASHPOST that they would take NO MONEY from Paul. They gave back his $2,000 that was donated at Spago and have refused to ever list his name.
We have evidence that Bill Clinton, through his "eyes and ears," Jim Levin, was a large reason for the collapse of Stan Lee Media, costing its stockholders 100 million dollars. Paul's Japanese business partner, Tendo Oto, had promised an additional $5 million to the company in November of 2000. Levin used proprietary information gained from inside SLM offices, secretly flew to Japan, and made his own deal with Oto. When Oto did not give the promised $5 million in November, SLM, like many dot coms, crashed. I uncovered that Levin recorded the agreement with Oto in Illinois for Venturesoft within about a week after the November 2000 election. Clinton never had any intent to come to work for SLM.
I was in court on April 7 when Hillary was removed from the Paul civil case as a defendant. That has been appealed. Since the discovery of the Venturesoft agreement, Paul's case has been substantially amended. Bill Clinton's court date, originally set for next March 27, has been delayed pending the appeal to bring Hillary back in as a defendant.
Hillary's declaration, turned in by David Kendall on April 7, is a work of fiction. It is okay to swear that you don't recall if you really don't recall. In this case, the extensive evidence, particularly home video, is going to show that Hillary turned in a false declaration to the court. I confronted Kendall in the parking lot after the hearing. He refused to say anything. For years, he claimed that Hillary filed proper reports. After the 721K bombshell last December, he has not made those claims. Kendall actually had possession of $1.6 million in receipts on July 11, 2001, but he allowed his client to file a July 30, 2001 fraudulent FEC report. Kendall has also manufactured part of a quote to deceive the court. He made it appear that Paul apologized for causing the collapse of SLM stock. That is not what the court ruled. They specificially ruled that he did not collapse it and was actually trying to keep up the price. A complaint with the bar is going to be filed on Kendall.
By Hillary's failure to accurately report Paul's $1.6 million, it made it an illegal donation. The law requires her to return it. Paul will have such demand letter delivered to her office next week.
We plan to mention in our film your role in the Foley matter. Something from 2003 is deemed relevant, but you have refused to follow up on this matter. I have respected your reporting over the years and please tell me I'm wrong, but it appears that you are simply being used as a conduit for the Democrat Party in this matter. I got a recorded message yesterday from Mike Lux's group, American Family Voices. They had this whole thing planned.
What Foley did is disgusting, and he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. There appears to be no evidence yet that he physically touched an underage person. Hillary's matter is the largest campaign finance fraud ever and affects everyone. The story should not wait until after November.

CONFIRMATION has been received by my computer that she received the email.
Much has happened since his original 20/20 story in 2000. Ross didn't have all of the information. Several months ago, he promised me on the phone that he would revisit this. He was given an enormous amount of new material to show that a massive fraud was committed. Only recently did we discover significant evidence that Bill Clinton, perhaps with Hillary's knowledge, had a profound effect on the collapse of a $100,000,000 public company.
Is Ross a Democrat conduit? Perhaps soon he will leave no doubt. This is a story worth reporting.

A few on our side like WND have reported this. I do not believe that anyone in the mainstream media ever reported that defendant Bill Clinton had a court date next March. Because of Paul's appeal to get Hillary back in as a defendant, discovery and trial date have been delayed.

Unfortunately if a scandal is too complicated to be easily understood, no one seems interested. That was the problem with a lot of the Clinton scandals. It won't make the news if it takes 15 minutes to explain.
Btw, did this have something to do with Hillary's finance manager who was charged with something and acquitted because he was such a nice looking young man?
