True, but wasn't the original SS model based on the fact that you collected benefits after the average life span. So if we went that model, benefits would be available at 79 or 80 right.

Not to mention that the taxes they pay are a pittance, compared to the services they receive. In California it costs 10,000$ a year for each child in public school. The SS tax argument is also laughable when considering that it is also going bankrupt on its legal citizens!!
