If thier was ANY personally delivered threat, doesn't that make this A FEDERAL CRIME?????
More than that, blackmail, or extortion, of a member of Congress to affect their vote is a major felony, with decades of jail time and millions of dollars in fines. If it was done as part of an organized political group that whole group, every member, is liable for criminal charges and all the assets of the group are subject to seizure.
