I don't feel comfortable giving out the guys name but he is 21 years old! He graduated from the page program in 2002 and is currently working as Deputy Campaign Manager for Ernest Istook in Oklahoma City.

Guess that ends his political career if he was the one having telephone sex with Foley.

At least now he can confirm the content of the IMs.

It is curious that (a) his AOL account hadn't been used for very long, yet he supposedly (b) saved the IM log file.

a. It might be understandable that he dumped the AOL account after the disturbing chats with Foley.

b. But why would he save the IM log, if he just wanted to get away from Foley? Another explanation is that either he was setting up Foley. But why wait so long to expose him.

c. Another explanation is that the IMs were less explicit than purported and a 3rd party more recently found his AOL e-mail address associated with Foley's office and knew that Foley had a private AOL account, and then forged the IM log.

d. The ex-Foley cheif of staff probably would have had access to both Foley's AOL e-mail address and former page's e-mail address. I hope the FBI is grilling both of these people hard to get to the bottom of this.

Likely this ex-page will be talking to the media and will say that the IM contents were as portrayed or that they have been altered.
