And a sideways smear for those in the same county (Oh my!) who think immigrants should learn English if they want to read library materials bought with public funds.
Everybody is just amazed that this lady waited 7 years to fuss about this, and then is SO persistent. If she were pursuing some kind of worthy cause with this much enthusiasm, she could do a lot of good somewhere . . .
