"Lux has become a significant fundraiser for progressive causes and candidates."
I'm tired of these people bastardizing the English language.
"Lux has become a significant fundraiser for socialist causes and candidates."
There...fixed it.
It has been said that the only difference between a socialist and a communist is that the communist kills his enemies...
Does that mean Bill Klinton is a comunist?

I still think we should call for Pelosi's resignation. If the leadership is the problem, she is part of it.

The Demonrats are not going to do well in the Nov. elections. Why? Because they were too stupid to learn the lessons from the last elections when voters tried to tell them they had better stop engaging in the politics of self destruction that pit's their "partisan anything to win end game", against "the best interest of the nation and national security".

Yesterday, Rush Limbaugh stated that a great deal of the spin on the Foley resignation was coming directly from the Clinton War Room. Sergeant Tim, you have exposed a General from their War Room, and good on you!!!!
If you don't mind, I'd like to send this thread to Rush asap!!!!
Someone big has to expose this dirty trick and smear campaign. I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting for the driveby media (DBM) to do so! Sadly, if you switched the parties around, this would be the DBM's story of the century.

Oh, puh-leeze. This reminds me of
DUmmie paranoia.
The difference is that our side actually holds its leaders to ethical standards. Other theories are for people who think that "Occam's Razor" is the brand of box cutter used by the 9-11 terrorists.

Good Morning. The rats really think they are on to something. They are all the gay supporters, you mean to tell me they had no idea the guy was gay? Is is beyond the realm of possibility that they got a page to set him up? We don't know who these pages are. Some of these pages are no longer children. I want an investigation this time. BUT of both sides!
And another thing. 16 year olds are no longer pollyanna's for the love of James Earl Jones. Why did they not say something?

Good Morning TOL!
I'm still all for a rapid response group of Senator's & Congressmen to counter the comments of Pelosi and Co. Her daily hammering away at every little thing is becoming very tiresome.

Why? They'll just say "Only republican gays are pedophiles just another reason you should elect US"
Come to think of it, I wonder what the Log Cabin Republicans are saying about this?

Why? They'll just say "Only republican gays are pedophiles just another reason you should elect US" If they do say that, it is just plain silly.

Heads Up -- thought you'd all want to know this in case you too get a call. All the states should know, IMHO.

Wait, let me get this straight...Foley sent dirty IM's, but didn't engage in sexual activities...yet Clinton got BJ's while in the oval office with an intern...both reports confirmed...Foley steps down...Clinton didn't...hmmmm...

>>>>In other words, a leftist liberal organization, whose President may also work for Senator Clinton, is calling Republicans to tell them to demand that the Republican leadership resign
Bingo! These are people who were perfectly content to let Congressman Foley ride his pages like $10 hookers until the timing was better for the Democratic Party's election prospect. There is a criminal statute that covers this sort of activity. It's called being an accessory to criminal conduct.
