Here's a link to a very strange Paul Vallely article in a source that we cannot but link.
http://news.independent.co.uk/world/politics/article1786836.ece
Yep, it's self-evident.
Paul Valley looks pretty dhimmi to me.
Reads a bit as if snippets of the article were lifted from other articles.
No, it reveals that much of the non-Muslim world is on a futile attempt to appease the unappeasable. ....an attempt that will ultimately yield results the exact opposite of those indended.
"indended" was not intended.
The Paul Vallely who wrote this article is a British editor of The Independent and an entirely different person than the retired General Paul Vallely who is an analyst for FOX News.
Yeah, the continuity is all out of whack.
bump for later
Thanks. I was just going to point that out.
Such a tolerant, accepting fellow. How do you suppose he'd look in a burkha?
Thanks for that information. Interesting that there would be two men with that exact name.
Quite a relief. I was hoping it wasn't the American General.
Thanks for that info. It's such an unusual name I was worried about the good general.
Yes, very confused. A long collection of factual snippets, with very little connecting them and a sense that the author is uncertain what his position should be.
I suppose that's a hopeful sign in a way, because normally the Independent takes a confidently leftist position on everything. On the other hand, a guy like this is not going to be much help when the terrorists take over. He'll be crouched in a corner trying to add up the facts on his fingers, completely paralyzed.
Sounds like he is trying to rationalize cowardice in the face of Muslim intimidation.
Mr Vallelly, you are cordially invited to convert to Islam...............or be beheaded. Your choice.
Sounds like just another collaborator looking for an excuse. In France, the Vichy government's position was that citizens who didn't support giving in to the Germans were unpatriotic (because giving in would avoid violence and destruction of France). De Gaulle was labeled a traitor.
"Yeah, the continuity is all out of whack."
Oh good, I thought it was me.
