Sometimes that's necessary. The more that evangelicals identify with the Republican party, I believe the more we are in for God-style cleansings. It's what He does for His name. And to protect His people. It's not fun. If you've ever read The Chronicles of Narnia, I am reminded that this is what God did to Eustace after he slept with the dragon. It hurt him terribly, but he was forever changed.
Why would anyone, and it is now apparent more than one, person makes a conscious effort to save personally very embarassing instant messages, making a permanent record of them, after leading on the congressman?
I'm not defending anyone here, but I find that bizaar.
How many instant messages per day will leak to ABC until the elections?
