That's what I was thinking, as DeLay and Karl Rove may have reeled in the Dem's with the "Foley-bait", and they are being set up for a perfectly timed dumping in the couple of weeks before the Election (the October Surprise???)

We can hope that our own 'Opposition Research' has been busy. I have considered that the alcoholic rehab that Foley has entered may be a safe house for him. And while he is protected there he can be revealing all he knows to his legal team and to the Republican reps as well. In crasser terms, Foley may be spilling his guts to the determent of the RATS.
