I'm here in Thailand (yes, Thailand), and I went to see this cheapy locally produced movie. They rip off Spider man something fierce. But the bad guys are Muslims in their efforts to kill Americans. The movie tries to give them a 50/50 reason for blowing things up, which I didn't really appreciate.

For example, they say the lead Muslim only became a killer because US soldiers where in his homeland and shot up a bus (but it had a suicide bomber on it, so the Thai movie was really at pains to make no one the bad guy)

Anyway, right near the end, when all of the Muslims got killed and none of their bombs went off in Thailand (Thai movie, remember), well they played that quote from Bin Laden "We love death, but the US loves life".

After all the equalizing I was shocked, and for a Thai audience, I think that quote really brought home that the Muslims are the bad guys, and the US is the good guys.

According to those who claim to be members of this religion that call in on Rush, the koran forbids killing of anyone, paritculary infidels. Of course, the passages I have read that other people have posted here states just the opposite.
