Are you sure Judicial Watch still exists?
JW has collected $75+ million over the past few years. Have they ever won a case yet?
with that much money who needs to win cases?
Judicial Watch is nothing but a scam.
I didn't know that they were still operating.
Many nonprofits are nothing more than fronts to make their handlers money while they push their political agendas. We need to reform the nonprofits laws in America.
Wow! A law suit from JudicialWatch. How unusual. I'm sure someone is just trembling....
Judical Watch has had some changes since its founding. Then or now, they may not always be the world's most effective litigator (ask Peter Paul) but they are certainly fighting for the right things.
Yes, it's their bread-and-butter. Maybe there are more cost-effective nonprofits...
On the other hand, some of the cases they've taken--and raised the funds to prosecute--few others would even touch, aware that few indeed will be able to lay a glove on the slippery ilk JW goes after...
Thanks for the post!
Here is an article with some background information:
http://www.redorbit.com/news/science/615560/judicial_watch_laguna_day_labor_site_investigated/index.html?source=r_science
This language found in the article:
"Federal law prohibits the hiring of an undocumented worker and makes it unlawful to "encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law."
Is the same language used on the CIS site regarding the filing of RICO prosecutions. Ladycalif, do you know if that is what JW has filed?
Yes, it will.
