I looked at the transcript from Hasterts Q and A today. He mentioned getting together a tip line, but no number or anything as yet. (source: Speaker web site, side bar on left).

You should have a local FBI office. If you truly are worried, you can contact them and they can assist you. I don't know if local offices are open overnight.
