They are implying they would have run it if the boy had given permission to source him, which he and his parents in the end did not.

As an aside, the IM's published are 'time stamped'. Time stamps are not set as a default and it is rather unusual imo to do so. Then of course the IM's had to have been copied and saved.........just something to think about. Here's something else I am thinking about ... the boy states the email requesting a 'pic' seemed 'creepy' to him yet he then goes on to privately IM with Foley going as far as 'flirting' and telling him how and when he masturbates. Please understand I am by no means defending Foley or blaming the boy ...... just my thoughts.
