I want to know if the pages were indeed warned, were the pages' parents also told about the warning? And if a warning of some sort was issued and the parents weren't also informed, why the heck not?

Hey, if it were a school teacher, your kid's school would not tell the parents.
Schools consider teens adults, "able to make their own (presumably consensual) choices."
