Of Course not, because that would involve proving Foley is gay and attack him for it.

This way to so much easier, you don't have to prove anything.

Don't ask that yet cause Foley didn't tell. Who knows what the FBI will uncover, could well be a jilted liberal told to be quiet about being jilted.
