I have no clue why the 10th puts up with Delahunt, 40% of the district lives in the Cape and the Islands, and he, being the resident of Quincy, has the mentality of a Boston Pol. He does nothing to advance Cape and Islands issues.
None of the MA pols positively advance the issues of their bailiwicks, only their own narrow extreme-left agendas. The Cape hasn't had remotely decent representation since Hastings Keith retired in '72.
