A "hostile work environment" has been the subject of enough legal proceedings that legal definitions have been created, refined, and enforced. It's nothing personal; the legal establishment doesn't care whether you agree or not. Acknowledge it or not.
The main way I looked at the Lewinsky thing creating a hostile work environment is that Vernon Jordan was not schlepping every other intern all over Washington trying to find them a job. Assuming (for the sake of argument) that there were interns in the White House that Clinton was NOT having sex with, it is not fair to them to have chubby Monica receive special treatment.
