Help me out... is your definition truly the definition of sexual harassment. Because if they are consenting (meaning one was not forced by having her job put in jeopardy), where's the harassment?

Wouldn't Jordan's part be 1) either the coverup or 2) the blackmail.

Sorry, you need to document that before I believe it. If the two are consenting (and there is no quid pro quo or the like), it's not harassment as I understand it. Regardless of where it takes place or if one is a subordinate of the other.
