Sounds like closing the barn door after the cows have departed. But then, it would solve repeated offensives. H'mmm, now just to get Planned Parenthood behind this and it will be a success.
I'd go further, use DNA testing to determine male parentage, and take all the fun out of being a "playuh".
I've worked my butt off for a future, not for me, but for my kid and my grandson, and that future is being stolen.
My daughter and son in law are not exactly "Ozzie and Harriet", but they are a stable, loving, hard working family unit, and super parents. This is what I worked for, not so that a bunch of savages could raise hell 24/7.
My father died still telling me, "don't worry so much, the pendulumn will swing back". I doubt that.
This is frustation talking. It isn't going to happen.
A better approach would be to provide no further increases in child welfare payments after the first two.
