So where are the prosecutions?
And please, no lame excuses about it being unlikely to obtain a conviction. Even if the chance of conviction is 1 in 100, you send a message by prosecuting.
I don't think anyone is worried about not getting convictions. I think they are worried at getting torn to pieces by the press, who will rally around the leakers and squeakers and the democrats, who will claim Bush is now overtly attacking not only the First Amendment, but the peoples right to know...
