Actually the UK Times has two long articles about it, one I posted in my post with the picture above and another, more detailed one:

At both link there is a note, saying that the actual video will be available starting noon "today" (Sunday, UK time). I think they are about 6 hrs ahead from US Eastern time, so that would make it starting 6 am Sunday Eastern Time (I could be an hour or two off, too lazy to check, but it's approximately correct)
