(a) No person in the State of California shall, on the basis of race, national origin, ethnic group identification, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, color, or disability, be unlawfully denied full and equal access to the benefits of, or be unlawfully subjected to discrimination under, any program or activity that is conducted, operated, or administered by the state or by any state agency, is funded directly by the state, or receives any financial assistance from the state.

I can read... can you read between the lines?

There is no "between the lines". It's very clear and very limited.

As I said, the really bad ones where the other 3-4 he VETOED.

And, as I said, Angelides will sign them all, if he becomes governor.

If you stay home and don't get out and vote FOR Arnold, you are enabling Angelides and the leftist CA legislature to really promote the homosexual agenda you claim to be against. Look in the mirror and you'll see a potential promoter of the homosexual agenda, higher taxes, universal healthcare and so on.
