Arnold VETOED "the homosexualization of schools" bills. No... he didn't.
We now have (in SB 1441) a mandated restriction of free speech in ALL state-affiliated organizations, including colleges who receive CalGrants and pre-schools who receive State education assistance funds (CalWorks) for any of their students.
