Your statement about Force levels are absolutely incorrect. Here is our current force structure. It is NOT Rummy who is being pigheaded here but Freepers who utterly refuse to learn the FACTS. About 1/3 of the US Military Combat brigades are deployed. 1/3 with a 1 year gap better deployments being the Pentagon Mandated norm for Deployments. 1/3 of a force currently in the process of expansion.
