Belgrade is calling the bluff of the "international community"!
I don't think President Bush would have supported an armed enforcement of a partition of Serbia and Kosovo anyway, but with US forces engaged in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Iran, Syria and North Korea looming at the horizon, there is no way we will see a repeat of Clinton's "Wag the tail" war.
The UK has more than enough on its plate also in Afghanistan and Iraq, and France has plenty of trouble in its former African colonies, and also tries desperately to play apart in the near Middle East (Lebanon, Gaza??).
So, it looks like Serbia will have to gear up and defend itself against Belgium and Luxembourgian troops.
That's going to be an interesting match to watch - all 5 seconds of it!

Something like that :)
Anyway, in 2004 when Albanians wanted to cleamse all serbs, Franch Foreighn Legion battallion stationed in Serb Northern Mitrovica, opened fire on Albanians, and even started to arm Serbs to defend themselves from Muslim Albanians. Now THAT is rare example of bravoury of french Armed Forces.... Alldhough there are few French in FOREIGHN Legion :)
I dont belive that Serbian Army will do anything offensife or agressive towards US trops, and viceversa. Preoblem are German and British Troops both still living in III reich/Rule Brittannia dreams...
