What's happens to the lawless lands of Pakistan if Bin Ladin lets loose a dirty nuke in NYC?

Can we get Special Forces into Pakistan now?

Hypotheticals and theories rightly belong in the realm of fantasy, and all things considered, so does the likelihood of a living, breathing and still plotting our demise; Osama Bin Laden.

Should the fiend chosen to replace Bin and still plotting our end,set off a nuke of any sort anywhere in the United States. (Doubtfully in New York, 'city or state' or any other terrorist friendly blue area) It would be time (past time) to launch every weapon at our disposal and within our capability to produce, against the terrorists and every country on earth that gives them refugee, support, sympathy, trades with them, and the UN building and the UN itself, without which they long ago would have been neutralized.

"Can we get Special Forces into Pakistan now?" Nah, better allow a few millenniums for things to cool down.
