US President George W. Bushs daughter Jenna is working as an intern at the Unicef regional headquarters in Panama, located on a former US military base, a local newspaper has reported. The front-page, photo-illustrated story in La Prensa said that Jenna, 24, entered the Unicef building in Clayton, 15 kilometres southwest of the capital near the Pacific opening of the Panama Canal, with her passport.
She is temporarily residing in a home in Clayton, the newspaper said on Friday. The Panamanian front-page report echoed US media frenzy over the infrequent sightings of "The First Twins", as Jenna and her fraternal twin Barbara are known. Bush and his wife, first lady Barbara, have gone to great lengths to keep their only children out of the spotlight.

US President George W. Bushs daughter Jenna is working as an intern at the Unicef regional headquarters in Panama...Too bad. IMHO anyone working for any UN tentacle is sadly naive or worse.

I think Jenna is very compassionate, especially towards children. There were some very sweet pictures of her in Africa with children.
I have no love for the UN, in fact, I despise them, but your comment is a bit, well, nasty.

Let's have the Bush family follow the example set by the Adams family - stop after two generations. I think he's even more 'compassionate" than the President.

Yes, exactly. The media constantly bombards us with the message that the Clintons are great humanitarians, yet Chelsea's priorities involve taking a phony-baloney "consulting" job for big bucks.
Now, consider Jenna Bush. Her last gig was teaching at a charter school in D.C., and now she's doing this UNICEF thing. She's out there trying to help children. This says a lot about how she was raised.

Not at all. No one has harmed more children than the United Nations. If she wanted to help children, there are better causes than Ted Turner's favorite charity.
