Taliban Islamists at Ghazni in Afghanistan killed four teachers in a short period of time. One of them was a 46 year old husband and father who was partially disemboweled and had his arms and legs torn from his body. His remains were displayed to warn others not to educate girls. The woman director of education, a friend of the man who was torn apart, said the male teacher had received death threats, and that during the Taliban's rule, she and her sister secretly taught girls algebra and were beaten for it.

You are right, the entire world needs to understand what is done to women all over the world.

But many Americans do not believe you, when you do tell them.

I heard John Rothman tell a raging liberal gal, a story close enough to this one and she went on with her rant of "bring the Military home and impeach Bush".

I do not know how to get folks to know what is going on, I posted an article on this page earlier today, about sharia law, now being used in England and it started in Canada several years ago.
