I did, and was SHOCKED, SHOCKED to see the picture in response #2 of that poor kitten being forced to work as a manual laborer! :-)

In all seriousness, these pictures from China look very much like any show with animals anywhere in the world (circuses, fairs, zoos etc.). You may not like the shows but to call them animal cruelty is a stretch IMHO.

And can we focus on getting China to treat its human beings decently first?
