Wrong is wrong. I don't care if the man is gay. ANYONE, gay, straight, whatever, who goes after children and teens needs to be put in jail.
I know many gay guys as well, professionally and personally, none of them would ever think of approaching a youngster.

McGeevy was just some closeted weird guy. Sad, but harmless. This Foley is a menace, particularly in a position of authority.

i'm wondering what the dems will be able to say about this. if they publically criticize him for his behavior, they will risk alienating some of their key supporters.
on social issues, repubs and dems have very different values.
he clearly violated repub standards of behavior, but it is not so clear that he did anything that dems could really criticize him for.

Just ain't true. If this was logical, then pro-life advocates would be secret abortionists, people against the legalization of drugs would be tokers, etc.

The guy is a sleaze ball and has a {R} behind his name. He needed to get caught. Conservatives don't defend their sleaze balls, we send them to prison.
