How do you know he was referring to Katrina? There were other hurricanes that year.

The Kid lives in Louisiana.

Katrina hit on August 29 and Rita hit three weeks later.

However, this alleged e-mail exchange took place on July 29.

There were way too many canes in 2005. It wasn't as bad as 2004 but almost.
