So the Florida law does not all allow replacement of candidates?

It appears that FLorida law will allow a replacement candidate. However, because the primary election results were certified, Foley's name will remain on the ballot and the replacement candidate will get all of his votes.

No his name stays on the ballot. Votes cast for him will be counted for a replacement candidate named by the GOP!
