This power has got to be taken out of the hands of activist judges, and the only way to do it is with a clear Constitutional amendment, duly approved by the people.

In Mass. there is a state constitutional amendment pending to allow a vote by the people on gay marriage.But surprise,surprise the state Legislature is stalling(for obvious reasons).Meanwhile,activist judge Connolly by himself has set law in a state other than his own.
