Remember when BOR went ballistic when someone said that he was glad Rush had his hearing problems...because it would be a chance for him (BOR) to "move on up"...then he even called into his own TV show while on vacation and went off bout how he had never met Rush and blah, blah, blah...Rush doesn't give BOR the time of day...I think I have heard him mention him "once".
I must have missed that. I don't know if I have ever heard Rush mention BOR, but Rush does not mention too many others by name, either.
