He was a bad President. Why would you expect more from him as an ex-President? Same for Clinton.

Look at Iran . thanks to Jimmy Carter we got the first Islamic Terrorist Goverment ever. They created Hezbollah, Hamas and Fund millions and weapons to Sadr in Iraq.
Afghanistan , where against Jimmy Carter supported with money and weapons the goverment that later became the Taliban.
North Korea where against Bill Clinton wishes he gives another terrorist billions.
Helped with China aid Pol Pot and got his goverment into the United Nations.
