Perhaps in your world, right and wrong are decided by popular vote. Not in mine. And, Admin Mod? LOL. This is the first I've heard of them being the litmus test.

Let's try this again: If she had said "No," he wouldn't have forced her to do anything. He would have arrested her. In other words—this is important so, think about it carefully—she consented. That was her choice. She was blackmailed, extorted, etc. but, since she consented, she was not raped. The court agrees with me. You are flat wrong about this case.
