"Johnson told Osteen she would get aircraft-cleaning personnel to take care of the liquid stain and headed for the cockpit. "

This is the giveaway. There are no "aircraft-cleaning personnel" aboard airplanes preparing for takeoff.

It's clear the FA's were refusing to do something "beneath them" and were saying they would call "cleaning personnel" from the tarmac to clean a first class armrest. No way were they going to have a lowly passenger tell them to do something that was not technically in their job description.

There are lot of holes in this story. It doesn't add up.

Guess all we're seeing is a few snippets from the FAA report. This incident was reported pretty extensively in Houston last winter (happened Christmas holidays, 2005).

The facts that we know for certain are:

1) - There was an altercation on the plane before takeoff
2) - Mrs. Osteen was involved
3) - The Osteen family left the plane before takeoff rather than be removed
4) - Mrs. Osteen paid a $3,000 fine for her part in this.

There are lot of holes in this story. It doesn't add up.
