yea i take 2 different medications, Zonegran and Dilantin.. this is the first one that i've had in i think over 2 years(medicine works) not sure whats wrong, i'm going to make an appointment.

I'm sorry to read about your seizure. You need to get your dilantin level checked ASAP. I wouldn't wait for an appointment to check your blood level of dilantin. Go to the office or clinic just to have your blood drawn. If it's a doc in private practice, the blood most likely will be sent to an outside lab. Then the doc will have at least one or more answers by the time of the appointment.

The study suggests that new antidepressant drugs may not raise the risk of suicide after all

Or maybe the pills do more of what they are supposed to do than what they aren't supposed to do.

Is this a medicine whose absorption is affected by certain foods?

I just think that more people understand the problems of depression and there are ways of treating this disease. I lost my job due to anxiety and panic attacks. If I would have been around 30 years ago there would not have been any help for me.I now have a doctor that has treated me with medicine and it has turned my life around.

Not SSRIs, that's the MAOIs, monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Or maybe the pills do more of what they are supposed to do than what they aren't supposed to do.

Some folks metabolize SSRIs slowly and they do poorly, becoming manic. Many of the school shooting incidents were carried out by kids on these drugs.
