Well said. I'm sick and tired of "conservatives" threatening to stay home, and I'm also tired of the holier-than-thou, party bootlickers who think they're better than those who are frustrated at the GOP over some key issues. Eliminate the RINOs in the primary, but conservatives should all come together in the general.
Both sides had their share of victories in the primaries. Time to back the winners. I can think of maybe one or two pubbies that are so bad that I wouldn't mind seeing them lose, but even then, we still need the numbers with control this closely contested.
What are you talking about? Conservatives have been out in full force in every election cycle this century, and they should be bashed for it. Why is it always the voters fault, and the politicians never have to take responsibility for trying to win votes? Backwards thinking.
Many people confuse a person with an "R" after the last name as a conservative. Thus we get Specter, Collins, McCain, Snowe, Graham and the rest. But jeeze, let's not demand a conservative, it's messes with the "just win baby" and the "running scared of Hillary" wing.
As we all know, anyone with an "R" after their last name will never let us silly conservatives down, now would they?
