Did Anastasia attend?
She died in the 80's.
Did you read the post to which I responded? Does is really need a sarcasm tag? Apparently so.
nah, she screamed in vain.
Although I believe the Bolshies killed them all,I thought I read that two bodies are unaccounted for [perhaps as a result of the Reds moving them], Alexei and one of the other sisters.
Have always read all I could about the Czar and his family. Fascinating stuff.
The connection to the recently departed Queen Mum of Great Britain is quite interesting.
Did the Orthodox Church canonize her too? The ROCOR I know canonized Nicky & Alexandra a while back. Really, the fate of the Romanovs wasn't a pretty one, but canonization--I think not! What is Moscow patriarchate's thoughts on dead Romanovs elevated to sainthood?
Multi millions of dollars, for instance.

IIRC, none other than Boris Yeltsin was the mayor of Yekaterinburg (can't remember its soviet name) where the Romanovs were murdered (obviously not at the time they were murdered).
Again, it was years ago when I read a ton of Russian history, but there was something a bit hinky going on at the site when Boris was mayor.
At least that's what I can recall of my reading.
Did you read Radzinki's book? That raised more questions than it answered.
There was some rumor a while back that Alexi was sent out of the country by masons and died in Canada. It had something to do with a Cross of St. George that the King Edward, who looked like Nicholas's twin, gave Nicholas. And something else about Yeltsin giving the order for the Ipatiev House to be bulldozed.
No need for a sarcasm tag. I was differentiating between Anastasia and Anna Anderson. Some people may not know that the latter's claims were disproven. No offense was meant to you, I hope none was taken.
You may already know all the following, but others reading this might not.
The man who supervised the murders wrote a report that has been found in the Soviet archives. He said he burned two of the bodies. He bought fuel (gasoline?) to burn the bodies, and acid to disfigure them. The broken acid containers were found in the grave, presumably the fuel went to destroy the missing bodies.
I didn't hear that Moscow Patriarchate canonized empress Maria Fedorovna. They did canonize Nicholas II. I believe they gave Nicholas II status of low ranking saint that would roughly translate to English like martyr for facing his ordeal and death with dignity. Romanovs died terrible death and it was one of the most notorious crimes of Bolshevik regime.
Definitely Nicholas II was not a saint in the highest meaning of this word. He had plenty of transgressions and wrongdoings while being the last Russian Emperor. There are evidence that he was positive about Pogroms against Jews of Russian Empire. Shooting dozens of peaceful demonstrators in front of Winter Palace in what became known as "Bloody Sunday" in 1905 was another of his ugly misdeeds and gross miscalculations that destroyed the remnants of trust between people of Russian Empire and Russian Monarchy paving the way for Bolshevik takeover in 1917.
Nevertheless, the way he died without a trial and the way he and his big family (wife, 4 daughters and 1 wheelchair bound son) were executed in the Cellar of Ekaterinburg House in 1918 certainly provokes deep emotions and the sense of sympathy.
Of course first there would have to be evidence that she actually survived. Since there is no evidence suggesting that it is all hypothetical. I truly doubt the Russian Federation would suppress any evidence to benefit the British Royal family.
Remembering too that it was Boris Yeltsin who ordered the demolition of the house where the Royal family was murdered.
Should have read all the posts before I posted. Yes it was Yeltsin who had the house demolished. Boris, that good friend of slick willie. They looted the cash from our space program and shared the loot.
