It works, just do it slowly and don't move on to the next set of muscles before the set you are working on is relaxed.

This sounds good, Roccus, and I'm going to try it next time I have a headache. Thanks for posting it.

It takes practice. It's also good if you're just too wound up at the end of the day and can't fall asleep. At least for me it is. Beats sleeping pills!
