We've been fighting them since the 1979 Iranian Hostage Crisis, and the Pentagon (read the entire intelligence community) is just getting around to understanding the writings of the "book" they follow?

Heads should roll - fire them all and hire a cadre of bright First Lieutenants and Master Sergeants to do the intelligence work. The results would be more accurate!
