You are correct. OBL deserves the blame along with the folks that fund him. We ought to have death squads scouring the ME for these people and killing them; even if they're Saudi princes and princesses.

That said, Clinton deserves the blame for failing to kill OBL when he had a chance and, after multiple attacks against the US, for failing to start the War on Islamic Terrorists.

And Rudy Guiliani should switch parties and run as Democrat, which, at heart, is what he is. Rudy go home.
